Do I have to be a Mum to join?

The answer used to be yes. However, some of the most amazing women that have achieved the best results did not have biological children and many women have used this program to become strong and healthy to have their first child. So biological children are no longer a requirement. All busy women who wish to better themselves are welcome.

How soon will I start losing weight?

It's not uncommon to drop 2kg or more in the first week however most of this is water weight from starting the weight loss process. As we start to ramp things up the weight loss really starts to become noticeable and consistent around week 4 - 6!

Do I need a gym membership for the program?

No, your workouts can be setup for a gym setting or from home with very basic equipment worth under $100 total. I've also had many women lose 30kg + without ever doing a single workout. So whether you are a gym goer or walking is your max effort... we have got you covered.

How do I join after the 14 days?

During your free trial, we will have both an onboarding call to get you setup and familiar with the app and our coaching process and a 2 week check in call to reflect on your results and make a plan moving forward. How do you help me personally?

I talk the talk and walk the walk. The reason I know how to help is I've coached over 1000 clients in the last 10 + years and I've managed to get and stay in great shape myself while running my business, being a father of 2 under 6 and a partner. Do I get support when I reach a plateau?

Absolutely! Our program is actually setup with periods of fat loss and planned 'diet breaks' so that you don't get bored or overwhelmed with any one given fat loss phase. This helps to navigate the dreaded 'plateau' and allows for much more long-term success. Seems counter intuitive but sometimes the way to break through a plateau is to eat more, do less and reset. We help guide you through this process step by step!

What If I don't like a certain food?

Your meal plans get updated every fortnight. If you don't like a certain food that has been programmed for you just shoot me a message and I'll get it swapped out for you. We also do teach macro tracking and intuitive eating in later lessons which allow for ultimate nutritional freedom.

Can I eat the same foods as the rest of my family?

For sure! Our meal plans are calculated specifically to help you lose the most amount of fat in the shortest time possible but most of our recipes are very family friendly. It's very easy to cook one meal and eat your portion serving the rest up for the family. Some of our members kids wouldn't even eat their spaghetti Bolognese, but they love ours!

I'm really busy, how much time do I need to dedicate to the program?

I get it! The good news is our entire program revolves around getting your time back! If you look at the testimonials most of the women mention how they found more time to do things after starting the program. Once you have everything setup your minimum commitment is to complete your daily steps, eat your meals, a few 3 - 5 minute trainings here and there and 10 minutes on your weekly check in once per week.
